TERMS OF USE

Reservations

- **Internet Reservation Required**: All individuals wishing to stay at Complexe Écosphère must make a reservation online to book their dome in advance and receive a confirmation email for their reservation.
  
- **Minimum Stay**: A minimum of 2 nights is required to make a reservation.

- **Effective Reservations**: Reservations made on the website are effective upon payment of reservation fees. If the financial institution refuses authorization, Complexe Écosphère may cancel the reservation without compensation.

- **Right to Cancel**: Complexe Écosphère reserves the right to cancel any reservation in case of a major situation, prioritizing relocation within the establishment, without compensation.

- **Modification or Cancellation**: Clients must notify Complexe Écosphère of any reservation changes or cancellations at least 10 days before their stay. If not notified within this period, the reservation amount will be retained. No refunds will be issued within 10 days of the arrival date.

- **Late Arrivals/Early Departures**: No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.

- **No-Show Policy**: In case of no-show or last-minute cancellation, Complexe Écosphère will charge 100% of the stay and may re-rent the dome starting at noon the next day. These conditions also apply if the client makes an error during the reservation process (e.g., date, number/type of dome, duration of stay).

- **Age Requirement**: Clients must be of legal age according to provincial law to reserve a dome. Reservations should only be made for personal use or for individuals authorized by the client. Reservations must be made in good faith and in compliance with the law. Complexe Écosphère reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations in cases of fraudulent or inappropriate conduct or errors/inaccuracies in the reservation.

- **Check-In/Check-Out**: Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. Early check-ins are possible based on dome availability. Check-out is before 11:00 AM. Late check-outs are available for an additional fee indicated during reservation.

- **Refusal of Clients**: Complexe Écosphère reserves the right to refuse clients with indecent or neglected attire, aggressive, noisy, or intoxicated behavior, or behavior contrary to good morals and public order.

Payment Conditions

- **Deposit**: A 30% deposit is required at the time of reservation, covering the total accommodation cost, including the lodging tax. The remaining balance will be charged 9 days before the scheduled arrival date. For last-minute offers, the full amount will be charged at reservation. Accepted payment methods are Visa and Mastercard. Complexe Écosphère reserves the right to increase this amount to cover any incurred expenses and additional fees.

Opening and Service Hours

- **Response Time**: Complexe Écosphère reserves 48 hours for any requests requiring specific action from the team. Gift certificates may require up to 3 business days before being sent. Service calls and text messages will be responded to the same day for clients on-site and within a reasonable time for upcoming stays. The service phone line is primarily for serving clients on-site.

Occupancy of Accommodations

- **Guest Restrictions**: Clients cannot bring in third parties not identified by Complexe Écosphère without authorization. Subletting is prohibited. Renting for more people than the dome's capacity is not allowed. Complexe Écosphère is a place of rest, and all commerce is strictly prohibited. If such a situation occurs, the client must pay the full rental fee and leave immediately.

Access to Accommodations

- **Check-In Access**: Clients cannot access their accommodation before 3:00 PM without Complexe Écosphère's agreement. Keys are provided for the stay's duration. Complexe Écosphère retains the right to access the dome at any time during the stay for suspicion, complaints, or major issues. For non-urgent situations, clients will be notified 24 hours in advance.

Key Management

- **Key Responsibility**: Clients must keep the dome key with them and not give it to third parties. All keys must be returned on departure day. Failure to return keys will result in a charge of up to $50 per key, billed without further notice.

Noise and Nuisance

- **Noise Prohibition**: Excessive noise is prohibited. Clients causing noise or disturbance will be contacted to stop, failing which they will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

- **Respect for Others**: Excessive noise causing a refund to other disturbed residents will be charged to the responsible client.

#### Responsibilities

- **Accompanying Persons**: Clients are fully responsible for anyone accompanying them. Children must not be left unattended. All items and amenities provided must be kept in good condition. Clients are responsible for any damage or replacements, and a bill will be sent if necessary.

- **Decoration and Alteration**: Decorations on balconies and alterations to the establishment's design are prohibited. Damage to property will result in full reimbursement for replacement and related costs.

Pet Policy

- **No Pets**: Pets are strictly prohibited.

Prohibitions

- **Smoking Ban**: Smoking is prohibited in all private and common areas of Complexe Écosphère, including balconies. A fee of $250 will be charged for smoking in domes, with potential legal action for additional smoke-related damages.

- **Fire Alarm Misuse**: Accidental fire alarm activation due to non-compliance can result in a $1000 fee. Water damage from sprinklers will be charged to the client.

- **Prohibited Items**: Vaporizers, unauthorized candles, incense, and essential oils are not allowed. A $250 fee will be charged for detected odors, with all related costs borne by the client.

Parking

- **Availability**: Parking is available at the site entrance. Complexe Écosphère is not responsible for theft or damage in the parking area. Parking spaces are limited and availability is not guaranteed.

Cleaning

- **Regular Cleaning**: All departures include regular cleaning. Extra cleaning requiring special attention or additional hours will be charged at $90.00/hour, billed to the client.

Lost and Found

- **Forgotten Items**: Left or abandoned items may be sold according to the law. Return shipping is at the client's expense, and items not claimed after 30 days may be discarded or recycled.

Dome Inclusions

- **Amenities**: Domes are equipped with various items for short stays. Complexe Écosphère is not responsible for providing extra bedding or free additional items upon request. Additional charges apply for such requests.

Damage

- **Client Responsibility**: Clients must use the dome and provided items reasonably. Any damage will result in repair or replacement charges billed to the client. Post-departure infractions will also be billed.

Complaints

- **Immediate Reporting**: Complaints about service quality must be made immediately. Late complaints will not be entertained, and no claims will be accepted post-departure without prior notification.

Liability Limitation

- **No Liability**: Complexe Écosphère is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury related to the site's use or these terms. Clients assume all risks from site usage.

Acceptance of Terms

- **Acceptance**: Booking at Complexe Écosphère implies acceptance of these terms. Non-compliance will result in immediate contract termination and related costs, with the client required to leave without compensation.
